Suspended bindoff

The suspended bindoff is a loose bindoff that prevents the boundoff edge from pulling in. It’s used mainly in lace knitting but can also be used with regular knitting when you want the bound off edge to be especially loose.

1. Knit (or purl) first 2 stitches.
2. Pass first stitch over second stitch
but leave it on the left needle.
3. Put right needle through next stitch
and knit (or purl) the stitch.
4.Drop both stitches off of left needle.

Repeat steps 2 through 4.
